Delivery Details

- Available only within designated service areas. Availability may vary by location and route.
- Failed Delivery
- If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, additional fees may apply.
- Address Accuracy
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for misdeliveries due to incorrect details.
- Service Changes
- Delivery routes and schedules may change at any time without notice.
Pick-Up Details
- Pick-Up Orders
- Place your order online and collect from the store once it is ready.
- Pick-Up Timing
- Pick-up timing is communicated after order confirmation.
- Verification
- Valid ID and order confirmation may be required at the time of pick-up.
Deposits & Additional Fees
The following charges may apply to your order in addition to the delivery or pick-up fee.

| Fuel Surcharge | $20 | Effective March 24, 2026, MVR Cash & Carry has implemented a temporary fuel surcharge of $20.00 per shipment. This surcharge will appear as a separate line item on the invoice and will be reviewed regularly in response to changes in market conditions. We will adjust or remove this surcharge as fuel prices stabilize. We remain committed to transparency in our pricing practices. |
| Flex Deposit | $250 | A deposit accompanying your order to account for added items, substitutions, or weighted products. This amount is only used if needed, in case of deposit not being used, it will not be charged. |
| Cancellation Fee | 10% | Applied when an order is cancelled after processing or preparation has begun. Calculated as 10% of the total order amount. |

Pick-up is available Monday to Friday. There is no weekend pick-up service.
