What Is Store Credit?
Store credit is a balance added to your account that you can use when making a payment. This page will guide you on how to access and use it.
Your store credit is linked to your account. Once it is added, it becomes available for you on your profile to use whenever you choose to pay using your credit.
You do not need to go anywhere special to browse and shop. Continue using the main website as usual to browse products, build your order, and proceed when you’re ready.
When you’re ready to use your store credit, simply choose the “Access your credit” option while logging in. This allows you to sign in to your credit account and apply your available balance at checkout.
How to Use Your Store Credit
Follow these simple steps to access and apply your available store credit.
Choose “Access Your Credit”
Go to My Account and look for the “Access your credit” login option to check if you have any credits. Selecting it takes you to the credit account login page.
Sign In to Your Credit Account
Enter your account credentials on the login page. A verification code will be sent to your email, use it to complete sign-in. If you need help, please contact us.
View Your Past Orders
Once signed in, you will land on your account home page where you can see your past orders. Review your order history before proceeding.
Check Your Available Credit on Your Profile
Click on your profile in the navigation. Scroll to the Payment Method section, your available store credit balance is shown there.
Apply Your Credit at Payment
Select the order you want to pay. On the payment page, your store credit will appear as a payment option. Select it to apply your available balance to the order total.
